I love my red light therapy mat! I have muscle and joint soreness and have used my mat for 2 months around 3x a week and I can tell a difference. I actually noticed my muscles felt better the first time I used it. The roll up design is great! It is very easy to set up and then roll up again and store which I appreciate as I do not have a lot of extra space. The box is somewhat large but stores under the bed without trouble. The lights are very bright and you will want to use the included safety glasses. It does have a strong factory smell when you first open the box but it does go away and it wasn’t so bad that I didn’t want to use it. I’m honestly pleasantly surprised at how effective it is even with short term usage. I have noticed some improvements to my skin as well. I’m excited to use it long term and see how much better I feel!

This mat was recommended by a doctor friend and it did not disappoint! I look forward to relaxing and energizing on the mat every morning when I first get up. I appreciate the different red light settings along with the adjustable timer. I also appreciate the darkened glasses and carrying case that came with it. My daughter has metastatic breast cancer and I watched as it brought back her color and energy, so much so that I gave it to her and have ordered a second one for myself.

Like most other folks that think they’re too young and spry, I don’t stretch as much as I nearly should. Ever since I got this massage gun, it has made a world of a difference on how I feel after I go to the gym (especially after leg day). I’ve gotten to a point where it doesn’t feel like it’s massaging anymore but I’ve come to realize as I use it more it is typically an indication that previous rounds have worked out the sore muscles and my muscles are relax and they should be. I cannot over state how much I would recommend this to somebody who needs to work out tight muscles, but doesn’t have the time or patience to stretch every day. This particular massage gun is able to provide enough deep tissue massage to quickly mitigate tight muscles and offer relief.If you’re considering getting a massage gun, I would suggest that you invest in a good one, such as this one, as it performs considerably better than a more affordable model. This massage gun offers a variety of ways to hold that which allow me to manipulate it in the way that I can reach any muscle I’m working on. It also has a indicator if you choose to push the gun down deeper into your muscles, however, I found that letting it “float” and do its own thing based off gravity/ natural weight of the gun is sufficient in getting muscles loosened.The battery life is tremendous!
